Dear Colorado Delegate:

I would like to introduce myself as Vincent Edward Martinez.  I am campaigning to win the Republican nomination for the United States Senate in 2010.  My qualifications include the following.  I am a citizen of the United States and was born on the 6th of July 1966 at Saint Joseph Hospital in the State of Colorado, City and County of Denver.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado on the 12th of May 1995.  If I am elected to office in 2010, I will bring 10 years of investment experience on 17th Street in Denver's financial district, to Washington DC.

There are several issues that will be on the platform in 2010.  Some of those issues include Strengthening the U.S. Dollar, Medicare and Medicaid Programs, Stem Cell Research and Global Warming.  Your vote will determine what programs receive additional funding and what programs Congress leaves unfunded due to the enormous cost of the War in Iraq.  The decision is yours!

It is my opinion that the United States cannot achieve peace in the Middle East by continuing the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Sustainable peace in the Middle East can only be achieved through careful diplomatic negotiations by the United States and its allies.
It is also my opinion that Multi-lateral treaties such as the Nuclear Non-proliferation treaty and the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty will have to be rewritten or amended to include the five additional members of the Nuclear Club.  The treaties will have to be amended in such a way as to guarantee the United States and its allies that Nuclear Weapons will never get into the hands of terrorists.  The treaties will have to guarantee 100 percent compliance with the International Atomic Energy Agency.  I believe that diplomatic negotiations of this type will help the global community achieve sustainable peace in the Middle East.
